02What is the difference between elk and deer antler?
Elk antler is generally a little less dense with a larger marrow center, making it a more approachable starting point. Deer antler is typically harder and denser, so it suits experienced or powerful chewers who need more resistance.
03Should I choose split or whole?
Split antlers expose the marrow, giving dogs quick flavor and easier access. They are a strong choice for first-time antler dogs, gentler chewers, and many seniors. Whole antlers place the hardest layer on the outside and usually last longer for persistent chewers.
04How do I choose a safe size?

05Are antlers safe for every dog?
No chew is right for every dog. Antlers are hard and may not suit puppies with developing teeth, dogs with fragile or compromised teeth, or dogs who try to bite down with extreme force. 07Why does my antler look different from the photo?
Every antler is naturally grown and naturally shed, so color, texture, curve, thickness, and surface details vary. We match the selected size and cut as closely as possible, but the uniqueness is part of the product.
08How should I clean an antler chew?
Wipe it with warm water and let it air dry completely. Avoid harsh cleaners. If the chew becomes dirty, a gentle scrub with a dedicated brush is enough. Do not boil antlers, as high heat can affect their structure.
09When should I replace it?
Replace the antler when it becomes small enough to swallow, develops sharp or splintered areas, becomes excessively worn, or your dog begins trying to break off large pieces instead of gnawing.
