Natural product variation

Antler is a natural material. Exact color, shape, diameter, texture, curve, and length vary. Product photographs represent the category and quality standard, not the exact piece you will receive.

Safe use and assumption of responsibility

Antlers are very hard and may cause tooth fractures, mouth injury, digestive problems, or choking. Use only with an appropriate adult dog, select a piece larger than the mouth, supervise continuously, and remove damaged or swallowable pieces. Do not use for puppies, seniors, dogs with dental issues, or dogs that try to crush hard objects. Product information is not veterinary advice.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change before an order is placed. Payment will be processed by Stripe. Taxes, shipping charges, and final totals are shown during checkout.

Returns

The 30-day satisfaction guarantee and return procedures are described on the Shipping & Returns page. That published policy is incorporated into these terms.
