Shipping
Orders ship to eligible US addresses for a flat $7.99 shipping charge per order. The shipping charge and final order total are shown in secure Stripe Checkout before payment. Delivery timing begins after fulfillment and may vary by destination or carrier conditions.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
Contact G7 Ranch within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied. Items should ordinarily be in their original packaging and in resalable condition, but a partially chewed antler may still be accepted under the satisfaction guarantee.
How a return works
- Email g7ranchchews@yahoo.com or call (785) 207-5217 with your name, order details, and reason for return.
- If eligible, G7 Ranch will provide a prepaid UPS return label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and drop it with UPS.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days after processing for the credit to appear, depending on your bank.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us promptly with your order information and clear photos so the team can review the issue. Do not continue offering a cracked, sharp, or otherwise unsafe piece to your dog.
